Wedding tipis come in all different sizes and the list of what can be included is almost endless. We have put together what we think is the most comprehensive package for most weddings but if there is anything else you are thinking about, please just ask and we will see if we can source it for you.

What is included with the wedding tipis?
- Three interlinked giant-hat wedding tipis. This is large enough to comfortably seat 120 people for the day time (around 180 including evening guests) with a dancefloor and a bar.
- Seating on long tables for 120 people
- Coir-matting flooring throughout
- Lighting within the tipis
- Fairy lights on poles inside the tipis
- Festoon lighting outside the tipis
- Dancefloor
- Wooden bar structure
- Optional extras such as a chandelier and firepit
So are you a wedding tipi hire company?
Sort of! We have our own tipis to hire – but we are so much more!
We have our own three-hat giant tipi set up – complete with tables, benches, dance floor, lighting, fire pit etc. This is big enough for around 150 people for a sit-down meal. What sets up apart from a standard tipi hire company is that whilst they will come and set-it up and leave you to it, we coordinate all the other important elements. We also stay and support you during the event itself – so no needs to hire an additional event or wedding coordinator.
Our service includes:
- Hire of the 3-giant hat tipis – including tables and benches, lighting, coir matting, wooden dancefloor, fire pit and much more. This is enough
- Generator and cabling – to make sure there is enough power and that it gets to where it needs to.
- Luxury toilets with running water and heating.
- Additional outdoor festoon lighting for atmosphere and to light pathways.
- A fridge trailer to make sure all your drinks are the perfect temperature.
- Fully stocked, staffed and licensed bar serving your choice of drinks – This can be run as a cash/card bar for your guests or costs covered by yourselves. We can also provide glasses and ice buckets for welcome drinks, table drinks and toasts.
- Contact and coordination of all your other suppliers – This means we talk to the caterers, band, florist and any other suppliers to make sure that we are providing all that they need to make your wedding or party a success. We are onsite during set-up, when they all arrive, make sure that things go exactly where you are expecting them and support them with any last minute requests
- On-the-day coordination – We will be there throughout the day to make sure things run smoothly. We will make sure that drinks are poured and stocked up, toilets are clean, supplier have what they need and any hiccups are dealt with, usually without you even needing to know about them.
