Our Packages
“The Perfect Pitch” package – £350 (plus travel dependent on distance from Cheshire)
If you dream of hosting your wedding reception at home but don’t know where to begin, this is the perfect starting point.
One of our directors will personally visit your garden (or other chosen location) and spend some time walking the grounds with you. This will involve discussing your vision and aspirations for your celebration. Whether you have a clear idea or need expert guidance, we can help shape your perfect day.
Our consultation covers the essential logistics—power, luxury restroom facilities, waste management, and drainage. We also cover suggestions for the more exciting details, such as stunning photo locations, elegant bars, and unforgettable entertainment.
Following our visit, we will provide a tailored proposal outlining everything we’ve discussed. We will send this along with expert recommendations and valuable contacts to assist in your planning.

“The Effortless Celebration” package – From £2,000 depending on guest numbers and location
You’ve meticulously planned every detail and secured your suppliers. Now, you need a trusted team to bring it all together flawlessly. That’s where our Outdoor Wedding Coordination service comes in.
A truly effortless wedding may appear as though it “just happens,” but behind the scenes, precision and expertise are essential. Our team ensures your plans unfold seamlessly, so you can enjoy your celebration without a worry.
We start with a visit by one of our directors to your estate or private land. Following this we will conduct a thorough review, following the same detailed process as our Perfect Pitch package. This ensures that every logistical and design element is accounted for.
On the wedding build-up, we will be there from the moment your first suppliers arrive. This is typically those setting up the marquee or tipi. We will oversee every detail and liaise with vendors, ensuring nothing is left to chance. By the time you step into your beautifully transformed space, everything will be exactly as you envisioned it—without you having to lift a finger.
On the day itself, you will have a minimum of two experienced coordinators on-site (including one of our directors). We take care of every moment: Ensuring the candles are glowing at just the right time. Keeping drinks perfectly chilled and served seamlessly. Making sure the band is set to get your guests dancing at the perfect moment. The list of what we do is almost endless!
This means you and your loved ones can immerse yourselves in the celebration while we handle every detail behind the scenes.
Bonus: Want a fully managed bar for your wedding at home? As part of this package, we offer the option to run a bar for you. Whether you’re providing complimentary drinks all day, running a cash bar, or something in between. We supply everything, from the bar setup and equipment to glassware and ice buckets. One less thing for you to organise.

The Stress-Free Full Service – From £4,000 dependent on guest numbers, event complexity and location
Your beautiful blank canvas can be both inspiring and daunting. This package bridges the gap between our other two, offering a full wedding planning service.
We will start with a visit to your garden or private land and a discussion around what your perfect day looks like. From here, we will put together a plan of all things that need to be considered.
We will then work with you to bring that plan to reality – including booking the essential logistical items. We will also help to inspire you with recommendations for the beautiful items that make your wedding quintessentially ‘you’.
Following on, we will be onsite to execute the plan to perfection. Leaving nothing for you to do on the day except enjoy every second.
Primarily we offer this service across North Wales, Cheshire, Shropshire and the North West of England. However, we can support further afield.
